Training event for youth workers (Torremolinos, Spain) 4 participants per partner

The training event for youth workers (TE) (C2) respond to the main objective to gather the feedback of youth workers coming from different partner countries on PRs of NGOE, the methodology of NGOE, teaching pedagogical materials proposed in the project’s framework and gather youth workers’ perceptions about entrepreneurship targeting young people currently enrolled at secondary schools. From the feedback received from the training event (C2), partners will draft the Youth Workers Implementation Guide (PR5). Beyond that, participants will acquire new knowledge and competences in the field of youth entrepreneurship through peer-learning and exchange of good practices. The TE (C2) will be an opportunity to test all PRs developed in NGOE and so check their adequateness and value for youth work. The daily agenda and activities of participants will be very intensive and will be organized in a way to provide the most precise feedback to project partners for the development of PR5.
Before the training, participants will also follow a pre-departure preparation in the premises of their sending organisation. The participants will be youth workers coming from each partner local community and each partner will send four participants for a total of 20 participants. In the training will be used a non-formal learning methodology. It will be organized by PROJUVEN in Torremolinos (Spain).
At the end of the training participants will receive the Youthpass certificate that will be also presented during the first day of training activities.
